10 August 2014. Monaco’s Prince Albert II welcomed Lewis ashore after the first in the “Seven Swims in the Seven Seas for 1 Reason” campaign, at Larvotto Beach in Monte Carlo. The 10km swim took 3 hrs 33mins..
12 August 2014. Lewis completed the second of his “Seven Swims in the Seven Seas” with 10km swim along the outside of Dugi Otok, an island off Zadar, Croatia, in 3 hrs 55 mins.
16 August 2014. Lewis was shocked at the amount of garbage on the sea floor during his third “Seven Seas” 10km-swim off Pireaus Harbour, Athens, Greece, which he completed in 3 hrs 12 mins.
19 August 2014. Jellyfish accompanied Lewis on the fourth of his “Seven Swims” of the coast of Sile, outside Istanbul, Turkey. The 10km swim took 2 hrs 48 mins.
21 August 2014. Lewis swam under a scorching desert sun for the fifth of his “Seven Swims in Seven Seas” off the coast of Aqaba in Jordan, covering 10km in 2 hrs and 57 mins.
25 August 2014. Lewis swam though a sea of Green Turtles for the sixth of his “Seven Swims in Seven Seas”. After setting off from Ras-al-Hadd, where the gulf of Oman meets the Arabian Sea, he completed his 10km swim in 3 hrs and 15 mins.
28 – 29 August 2014. The final of his “Seven Swims in Seven Seas” took Lewis two days to complete, from Southend-on-Sea to the Thames Barrier, London. Total swimming time was 8 hrs and 12 mins.
